	Title	Project Associate.
	Education	Engineering/Science/Mathematics Graduate
	Experience	Preferably a Fresher with no experience and a craving to work in a technical environment.
	Skills	Acute analytical frame of mind complimented by logical thinking and exposure to HTML and any programming language is desired but not mandatory

	Career Path	After selection the candidate will undergo an elaborate classroom training for a Period of Two months, which would cover the .NET Technologies which we use here. After such training they will be involved in the current projects along with the respective project team. As they work in the team they will be mentored by the Team leaders and they learn while they work. This will continue for another Two months. During this period of six months the candidates performance will be periodically evaluated and graded. At the end of six months of Probation as Project Associate they will be designated as Software Engineers.
