Network Management Support:
The team at Sysmix have also been involved in the rollout of (touch sensitive juke box on computers)in different parts of India and in the middle east which was then networked to a server in Chennai.

The updates for these touch screen juke boxes were done from the server in Chennai. This was done by scheduling the systems in different parts of the country to dial up at specified intervals of time and collect their updates in the form of patches, songs etc. This session was also used for gathering information about the health of the machines.

At times we would also terminal serve in to these machines, Perform checks whenever required using VNC and carry out preventive maintenance tasks.
